TNG Modifications
The following list of modifications are based upon The Genealogy software package called The Next Generation of Genealogy Sitebuilding © 2001-2006, created by Darrin Lythgoe, Sandy, Utah. (TNG) For more information on this package, follow the link in the previous line of text.
These mods are based upon Version 5.1.4
- A general guide to including a MediaWiki connection to your TNG site
- Current release is Version 2, this is based upon the use of a separate wiki database
- Version 3, currently being run at 3 sites will be available for download by Mon Jul 24th. It is based upon installing the GenWiki tables into the TNG database (faster, cleaner)
- A mod to the personlib.php to create a place link to the google map site
- A mod to add a CAPTCHA to the account registration form
